After gaining a BSc (Hons) in Geology from The University of Manchester, Mark Roberts was mostly found monkeying around on oil rigs, where he worked as a Fluids Engineer for several years. After marrying Mrs Monkey, however, he decided that offshore life wasn’t compatible with family life, so returned to dry(ish) land, re-trained as a plumber and gas engineer and moved to the beautiful village of Romiley in Cheshire.
Mark’s proud to be carrying on a family trade – his grandfather had a successful lifelong career as a plumber in Lancashire. He’s also building on his offshore experience managing fluids and chemicals, as well as previous jobs working in the construction industry.
Anyone seeking a plumber in Stockport or South Manchester can appreciate Mark’s:
While Mrs Monkey can appreciate the fact that she never has to call a plumber again.
Mark is a trained plumber with City & Guilds, and a registered gas engineer with Gas Safe.
